We look at based on the brief established from the discovery call, what is the best suited strategy to suit your brief, and the particular suburbs to help match with your personal brief.
Asset Selection
Helping negotiate with the real estate agents on the particular property to secure the deal for you. Taking away the time constraints and the hesitation from clients in talking to agents and not knowing what to ask them. We do this all for you. We also ensure the contract is being reviewed and your broker/bank is getting formal approval organised. Ensuring no hurdles are left in your way to securing the property.
Post Purchase Support
At Gallo Property Solutions, we help our clients post purchase by helping find a property manager that will deliver great results for them stress free. As well as assisting the client with any renovations and/or project management support that they may require for their property during a renovation or new build.
